Letter of Intent for Incoming Subaward

This template will assist investigators and departmental grants administrators in preparing a letter of intent to establish a consortium agreement with another university or organization for an extramural research project. This template is a word document that can be found on the ORSP site of MUSC's Horseshoe.

To utilize the form:

1. Download the template from the ORSP Forms page on the Horseshoe
2. Copy and paste the template language to departmental MUSC letterhead
3. Fill in the details

After completing the form:

1. Prepare any other requested documents required by ORSP and/or the collaborating organization 
2. Attach the documents to the ePDS prior to routing
