Testimonials

“I was initially interested in RCM project management services given the time-limited nature and tight budget associated with my K23 project; however, after using the service, I can see how it would also be valuable for projects of much larger scope and budget. I was particularly impressed at the overall value and timeliness of the services rendered. My RCM project manager was available when needed, responsive, and efficient - their services came in under budget."

"I’m very pleased with Reece’s work. He’s been updating me on a weekly basis, which not only shows that he’s been dedicated and working hard, but also that he’s professional and considerate. It’s a pleasure to work with someone like him."

Paula Ramos, Ph.D.

"It just made my job easier having… a “team” effort approach. Everyone from management, to nursing, to lab and front desk were focused on the clinical trial with an acute understanding of protocols needing to be followed as closely as possible. But what was the icing on the cake was the way they made our subjects feel when they came through the door…This was my first time conducting an industry trial with Nexus and I could not have had a better experience... I look forward to working with Nexus in the future.”

“I just wanted to let you know that I am so grateful for Shannon. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are second to none. She is amazing!”

“SCTR’s RCM provides not only excellent, consistent services, but a group of highly skilled research professionals that focus on the success of your research. I have had the privilege to work with Della MacNicholas, a former neonatal intensive care nurse, and study coordinator, who single-handedly has made every project a success in terms of recruitment, patient advocacy, regulatory and budgetary management. Without her dedication and astuteness, several projects would have faltered. The RCM is an often under-utilized resource.”
