Community Engaged Scholars Program

The Community Engaged Scholars Program (CES-P) is an education and training initiative to support and enhance academic and community partners who have an interest in community-based participatory research (CBPR). Following the 15-week didactic training, the academic and community partners are awarded pilot funds ($5,000 to $10,000) to complete a CBPR study. Funding for the CES program is provided by the South Carolina Clinical and Translational Research Institute (SCTR).

SCTR Pilot Grants

The SCTR Pilot Project program has funding in grant categories such as Discovery, Early Career Investigator, Novel Methodology, and Technology.
