PEERS Application Process

Application Process

Our application process is not meant to be overly restrictive, but rather has been designed to capture important information on participants’ career stage, application, and award program of interest. Applicants will be asked to provide an NIH-formatted biosketch and draft Specific Aims - this will be the version distributed for the first peer group critique.

ORD representatives will review applications for completion, eligibility, and development of proposal concept (individuals applying for participation in PEERS are expected to have a proposal in the mid- or later stages of concept development to maximize the impact of peer and mentor critique). Notification of acceptance will occur 1-2 weeks following the application deadline. Please see the updated timeline for details on the current session.

Applications for the 2019 PEERS Specific Aims Workshop are due on Thursday, March 21, 2019.
