RENDERINGS

The site plan for DDB and BEB shows the connectivity of the two buildings at the first floor level. The shared loading dock is just north of the glass two-story connecting link. DDB's 300-seat auditorium is shaded in blue. The yellow area represents circulation space adjacent to the auditorium and connects to BEB's circulation space, 150-seat auditorium and smaller conference spaces. Large green spaces to the south of DDB are shown. Eventually, the remainder of G-lot will be developed into the north garden.

DDB north facade viewed from existing G-lot. Rendering shows some of the future north garden that will be created in G-lot. Also shown is the glass stairtower and the limestone facade of the two- story NMR facility.

DDB north facade viewed from Bee Street. Rendering shows some of the limestone facade of the two- story NMR facility. BEB is not shown on this rendering.

DDB and BEB viewed from the corner of President and Jonathan Lucas Streets. Note the two-story glass connecting link between DDB and BEB, the banks of offices along the south sides of both buildings and the prominent conference room tower feature on the southeast corner of DDB.
