III. Deadlines

• The IBC meets the first Thursday of each month. 
• Initial applications must be received by the IBC no later than three weeks prior to the meeting at which you want/need them to be considered. 
• Amendments can be submitted at any time; however, submission by a meeting deadline is encouraged in the event that they need to be considered at that meeting.  Amendments involving rDNA work must be considered at a meeting.
