F&A and fringe benefit rate agreement updated 11/28/05 with no change in rates

MUSC's Facilities and Administrative and Fringe Benefits Cost Rates Agreement has been updated as of November 28, 2005, to allow MUSC to receive grants and contracts via the University of South Carolina Research Foundation (USCRF) during the pilot phase for the new state research foundation. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RATES HAVE NOT CHANGED. The only changes to the agreement are to the text on page 3 referencing the USCRF. Our F&A cost rates proposal is still being reviewed by DHHS-Division of Cost Allocation.
