Maintenance of CITI (MIAMI) Course Website Triggers"Grace Period"

The Office of Academic Compliance wishes to let all personnel involved in human subject research at MUSC know that the required, online CITI (Miami) Course in the Protection of Human Research Subjects was shut down for update and maintenance from July 7 to July 21, 2003. Individuals who started but did not complete the online training prior to shutdown need to start the course anew. Investigators submitting to the IRB for new or continued approval of research applications have a grace period until August 31, 2003 to ensure that their personnel complete the course.
