Health disparities interventions is focus of new Web site

The American Public Health Association has launched a Web site about health disparities interventions by public health workers. The Health Disparities Community Solutions Database contains information on specific interventions like environmental justice and health literacy as well as general community health. It is searchable by ethnic or racial group and age groups from infants to seniors. The site also has a link to a toolkit for evaluating disparities interventions. To search the database, go to www.apha.org/nphw/solutions/index.cfm?fuseaction=search
