Centers for Disease Control & Prevention will hold conference on heart disease and stroke
On August 22-24, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will host the first national CDC Prevention Conference on Heart Disease and Stroke in Atlanta, Georgia. The theme is "Building and Expanding Comprehensive State-Based Cardiovascular Health Programs."
Cosponsors include the American Heart Association and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute.
