SC “NSF Days” offer meetings with key NSF program managers April 29-30

The South Carolina EPSCoR/IDeA Office is organizing a visit of NSF Program Managers representing several of NSF’s large-scale research and education programs. Tentative plans include representative of priority areas such as MRSEC (Materials Science and Engineering Research Centers), IGERT (Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship), CAREER (Faculty Early Career Development Program), FIBR (Frontiers in Integrative Biological Research), and EFRI (Emerging Frontiers in Research and Innovation). The NSF staff members will visit the University of South Carolina on April 28 and Clemson University on April 29.

The South Carolina EPSCoR/IDeA Office will assist MUSC investigators with travel to either site. MUSC personnel who are interested in attending or receiving more information as it becomes available should contact Joann Sullivan at 792-0870 or sullivan@musc.edu.
