Dental education materials will be added to MedEdPORTAL

Through a new partnership with the American Dental Education Association (ADEA), the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) will soon expand its MedEdPORTAL teaching tools repository to include dental education resources. A collection of high-quality, peer-reviewed educational resources submitted by medical educators, MedEdPORTALwill begin accepting submissions from dental professionals on April 15.

MedEdPORTAL resources include graphics, tutorials, lab manuals assessment instruments, and faculty development materials, as well as an inventory of virtual patient cases. The contents are contributed to by faculty and students throughout the world and are available for free to other educators and learners.
