SBIR/STTR Conference will be held July 28-29 in Bethesda

The Seventh Annual NIH SBIR/STTR Conference is scheduled for July 28 & 29, 2005. It will be held on the NIH campus in Bethesda, Maryland. This two-day meeting will focus explicitly on the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs.

Funding opportunities for small companies with innovative biomedical or behavioral research ideas with commercial potential will be discussed. Included will be a poster session offering Phase II SBIR and STTR awardees the opportunity to present their research and technology to their peers. Program, review, and grants management staff will be available for one-on-one discussions.

This conference will benefit those who are relatively new to SBIR/STTR as well as those who are more experienced. Registration is free but mandatory. Agenda and registration information are available at the conference website .
