Community-Based Research Conference will be June 10-13 in Hartford, CT
Registration is now open for
"Crossroads: Critical Issues in Community-Based Research"
in Hartford, CT from June 10-13, 2004. This conference is sponsored
by the Institute for Community Research. The conference will critically
explore issues related to community-based research partnerships, methodology,
and methods of dissemination, such as: balancing research rigor with
community needs; use of research results; how class, ethnicity, race,
gender, culture and power impact research partnerships; and engaging
art in community-based research.
