The NIH Center for Scientific Review (CSR) publishes a newsletter titled "Peer Review Notes" every January, May and September. This newsletter contains informative tips for preparing grant applications, educational opportunities, updates on changes within the CSR, updates on application form changes, and many other helpful topics. Each edition begins with a letter from the CSR directors addressing important news topics that may have occurred or changed since the last publication.
